Judith MacKenzie Dye Workshop

was worth every penny.

I'll get around to putting up a longer review at some point.. but until then, here is a tantalizing glimpse at what we did:

color-wheel in roving: yellow through fuschia into purple. .. if time had permitted, I would have loved to keep going through blue and green back into yellow again!

This is great. I can't wait to try this as well. I'm going to wait until the weather cools off a little first. The yarn looks beautiful. Good job! SP8

Beautiful! I studied with Judith many years ago she is such a great teacher! Can I ask what dyes you were using? We used to use Ciba but they have changed a lot and are not as available.

Judith now has her own line of dyes on the market! Mother McKenzie's Miracle Dyes. So that's what we were using. One big advantage is that she offers the three true prime colors from which any other color can be mixed. Try them out- they are really nice.
